Shipping policy

We as a company do not have our own shipping mechanism and due to such set-up, we have partnered up with local shipping companies such as: J&T Grab and Lalamove.

Shipping Time

Understand that the shipping time we disclose to you is mainly dependent on what the shipping companies stated above gave us. In case of delays or inconsistencies with the date, the shipping companies have the sole responsibility with that.

Shipping Fee

As said earlier, we do not have our own shipping mechanism and due to that we cannot provide you the exact shipping fee right away. Once your order was already placed, that's about time when we pass it on to our partnered shipping companies. After that, we'll inform you through SMS with your total amount to pay along with the shipping fee.
